We want to hear from you!
Send us your comments and suggestions. We encourage ideas, and are actively looking for deployment sites that can support a wide variety of experimental packages.
OceanNet will expand scientific collection capabilities by reducing overall experiment costs, allowing more complex sensors to be deployed, providing real-time high data rate throughput, and enabling long term observation of ocean sites. Real time acoustic or seismic data, imagery, and other bandwidth intensive applications are all now possible. Sufficient power can be provided, 24 hours a day, to power even the most complex experiments. Help us determine future locations for the OceanNet buoys by registering and filling out our user survey.
